I have been using a pair of these for 3 years in NYC. No stolen wheels! I don't have to lock up my wheels anymore, and by my track record the product is awesome. Two cons: #1. My main problem is that they key is aluminum and over time has become worn out from the steel bolts. I have had to file them to get them to work, repeatedly. Bad design! #2. I lost the key and now I can't remove my wheels! Hopefully I can order a new key.

How do I determine if these are tightened at 7nm? What kind of torque wrench do I use?

It's hard to determine if a product is or awesome if you don't get all the details of the product. 70 grams/pair is not enough. What are the lengths in MM front and rear. Just don't want to get stuck with something that does not fit just because there to lazy to measure them and put the information with the product. They're just selling it by just the weight alone.

how long are the skewers , front and rear in mm ?

Awesome product! Works great. I can leave the cable lock at home and not have to take my wheels off to lock them to the frame with a U-lock.
