I got this rack pack along with a delta rack designed to fit it... The quick release buckles that attach to the shoulder strap are also supposed to serve double duty in attaching the rack pack to the rack...The first time out the stitching worked its way loose. The vector of he attachment to the rack really stresses the stitching... Rivets could help and really needs a rack-attachment system redesign... I returned and went to my LBS for a Jandd brand Rear Rack Pack that is much more substantial and securely affixes to the rear rack.

I use this rack/bag for a 30 mile round trip commute to work. Solid construction, adequate size for a change of clothes and wallet/cell phone and small accessories. Like the 2 zip side pockets

I've had this bag for three years and one of the zippers just ripped from the material. Amazingly enough, Delta has a lifetime warranty that they actually stand behind and they are sending me a brand new bag. Every manufactured product is bound to have a few defects--the rest of the bag has held up quite well. Thank you!
